1977 MV Agusta America - Very Red, Very Fast, Very Italian!

Cover: If any motorcycle could ever be called "the Ferrari of motorcycles," it would have to be an MV Agusta. With their flashy red frames, MV Agustas were legendary on the racetrack. From John Surtees to Mike Hailwood and Giacomo Agostini, some of the greatest riders in history won their championships on MV's. This month's cover bike is an 837-cc MV Agusta America, one of the last production models that the company produced before the Italian government ordered them to focus on its' primary business, helicopter production.
